Mechanical systems for the buildings that keep Denton running.
Northgate services, repairs and replaces the heating, cooling and ventilation in Denton's offices, schools, clinics, churches and industrial buildings — from rooftop units to central chilled-water plants. And the homes nearby, too.
A chilled-water loop: chiller, pumps, air handlers and cooling tower.
From one rooftop unit to a whole plant.
Many commercial buildings in Denton are cooled by rooftop units. Larger ones — schools, clinics, multi-storey offices, manufacturing — often run on a central plant. We work on both.
- Packaged & splitRooftop units and split systems for offices, shops and churches.
- Central plantsChillers, cooling towers, pumps and air handlers for larger buildings.
- ControlsSchedules, setpoints and sequences checked against how the building is used.
Maintenance that keeps records
Every visit logged: what was checked, what readings were taken, what's due. When something needs replacing, you have the history to budget for it — not a surprise in August.
And houses across Denton County.
Older homes near the Square and the university neighbourhoods, and newer houses in Corinth, Argyle and Aubrey. Air conditioning, heat pumps and gas furnaces — repaired, tuned up and replaced.
Denton and the county around it.

From facility managers and homeowners.
Do you work on chillers and cooling towers?
Yes. Seasonal start-up and shut-down, maintenance and repair of chillers, cooling towers, pumps and air handlers, and we coordinate with your water treatment provider.
Our building only has rooftop units. Is that too small for you?
No. Many commercial buildings in Denton are cooled by rooftop units, and they are a large part of our work: service, repair, replacement and maintenance agreements.
What does a maintenance agreement include?
Scheduled visits to an agreed plan, with readings logged each time and a written report of what was checked, what was found and what is coming due.
Do you work on homes as well?
Yes. Air conditioning, heat pumps and gas furnaces for houses in Denton, Corinth, Argyle, Aubrey and nearby.
Does Northgate do coatings or painting?
No. Facility Coatings is part of the business name, not the trade. Northgate does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only.
Which areas do you cover?
Denton, Corinth, Lake Dallas, Argyle, Sanger, Krum, Aubrey and Justin.

We'll tell you how we'd look after it.
